One thing: what you type into the contact form. That is your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number and the role you are hiring for, plus your message.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data to anyone, and this site sets no marketing cookies.

To reply to you. If you are an employer, to discuss a search. If you are a candidate, to talk about opportunities that may suit you.

Under Canadian private-sector privacy law we collect only what is needed for that purpose, and we use it only for that purpose.

Form submissions are delivered by email to info@empireresourcegroup.ca, a mailbox hosted on Microsoft 365. Nothing is stored in a database on this website.

If a conversation continues, your details may be recorded in our applicant tracking system so that we can keep track of the search. That system is operated by a third-party provider under contract.

Our email and applicant tracking providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it can be subject to the laws of that country.

Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within twelve months. Where you have asked us to keep you in mind for future roles, we keep your details until you tell us to stop, and we will not treat silence as consent indefinitely.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@empireresourcegroup.ca and we will act on it. There is no form to fill in and no cost.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
